The kitchen contains cooker with grill, halogen hob, canopy, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, ironing board and iron and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Living Rooms Living Room

Open plan lounge, which is fully air conditioned, offers light and airy area and has two french doors opening onto a large balcony with patio furniture. Fully equipped with Sky TV, DVD, CD/Ipod stereo, Internet access, double sofa bed, dining table and 6 chairs.

There is also a spacious balcony area off the kitchen suitable for drying clothes or storing lilos or other beach/pool accessories.

Towels (including beach towels) and linen are included. These are changed and the apartment cleaned at the end of each stay. If a mid-stay clean is required please request this when booking.

Notes On Acommodation

This is a non-smoking apartment. All rooms have air-conditioning which doubles as a heating system in the winter. The development is suited to families with children and couples alike. Baby equipment such as cots or highchairs can be hired from the 'optional extras' section on the booking form.

Accessibility

The apartment is located on the third floor and there are lifts to each floor. Not suitable for wheelchair users.

Golf

Within 20 - 30 minutes drive there are 3 great golf courses. All of the courses are 18 hole. The nearest course is Tsada which is set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery. It plays to a par 72. A little further away is The Secret Valley Golf Course. This is a beautiful course near Aphrodite's Rock, that plays to a par 71. Finally, there is the spectacular Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort, which is the newest course playing to par 70.

Skiing

Skiing takes place in the Troodos Mountains between January and March and it is reached within 90 minutes drive.

Travel

Paphos International airport is 25 minute drive from Chlorakas. Larnaca International airport is approximately a 2 hour drive. Although car hire (or use of a car) is not essential it is recommended. Taxis - these are readily available from Paphos Airport to take you to your accommodation if you do not have a car or you can book online in advance. Prices range from 26 euros during the day to 41 euros at night to Chlorakas. Full details can be given on request.

Distances

Chlorakas Village centre is 5 minutes from St Nicolas. Tala is approximately a 15 minute drive, Paphos Harbour is a 5 minute drive. St. George's Bay 5 minute drive and Coral Bay is a 10 minute drive. From Chlorakas it is very easy to travel to surrounding areas such as Latchi, Polis, the Troodos Mountains , the Akamas region, Tala and many more.

Paphos town centre is very close to St. Nicolas where local shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks etc. can be found. There are also banks, shops, restaurants and supermarkets in Chlorakas Village . There are many places of interests to explore  and enjoy including Go-karting, Aphrodite Waterpark, Aphrodite Waterfalls, Paphos Aquarium, Paphos Market, Mini Golf, Winery, Avakas Gorge, Nature Trails, Paphos Bird Park .

Bookings can be made directly via the email link on this website. A booking form will be forwarded to any interested parties. A deposit of 25% is required upon booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
